This Return & Refund Policy applies to all paid services purchased from iComChain LLC (“iComChain”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including monthly retainers for Google Ads & Merchant Center management, Shopping feed engineering, account reinstatement work, and any associated one-time setup fees.
By submitting payment for an iComChain engagement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
You may cancel any iComChain engagement within 6 hours of the time we receive your payment. Within this window, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including the monthly retainer and the $200 one-time setup fee.
This window applies once per customer per engagement. To exercise this right, send a cancellation email to contact@icomchain.com from the same email address used at signup. The cancellation is timestamped at the moment your email reaches our inbox, not at the moment you wrote it.
Once the 6-hour cancellation window has closed, the $200 one-time setup fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances or the outcome of the engagement. This fee covers the up-front work we do before any monthly delivery begins:
Because this work is performed in the first 24 to 72 hours of the engagement, the setup fee is treated as earned the moment the 6-hour cancellation window closes.
Monthly retainer fees ($999/month or as agreed in your engagement letter) are billed on the 1st of each calendar month or on the anniversary of your start date, whichever was specified at signup.

If, during your initial engagement, we provide you with a written timeline for a specific outcome — for example, “we expect Merchant Center reinstatement within 7 to 14 days” — and that outcome is not achieved within the agreed window, the following applies:
This protection applies only to written, agreed-upon timelines that we ourselves committed to in your engagement letter or in a documented email exchange. It does not apply to verbal estimates, third-party Google review delays caused by your own data discrepancies, or timelines that were extended by mutual agreement.
If you wish to cancel your engagement with iComChain, you must contact us by email as soon as possible. We do not accept cancellations by phone, WhatsApp, social media, or third-party platforms — this is to ensure every cancellation has a clear, timestamped record for both sides.

Include in the email: the email address you used at signup, the date you signed up, and (optionally) a brief reason for cancelling. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process any applicable refund per the terms above.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot send a refund to a different card, bank account, or PayPal account than the one originally charged.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated on our side. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your bank or payment provider, not by iComChain.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at contact@icomchain.com. We aim to resolve all billing concerns within 3 business days. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of services until the dispute is resolved with your bank or card issuer.
This Return & Refund Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Where local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
